Tried to buy a phone screen, but your checkout “failed” three times, so I ordered elsewhere. A few days later I saw three successful charges on my card for $72.92 each (total $218). Customer service was awful — they kept asking for a “transaction ID” I don’t have because the order never completed on your site, then basically denied receiving any payment and told me to “ask refund from your side.” Your website is broken and your support is unhelpful. Right now it feels like you’ve taken my money without delivering anything. Avoid. Update: I did do exactly what they suggested below, and never heard from them.
