DO NOT USE. Ordered a makeup bag from instagram in November. Shipping emails until early December - last one said it was in Manchester. Emailed customer service and they said wait 7 days. Waited - nothing arrived. Emailed again and they said it had been sent so they couldn’t do anything about it. Emailed again and said I wanted a refund - they sent me a tracking link. The tracking link was in Chinese and asked me to click on some other internal links - which I didn’t. It was at this point I realised it’s not just a shoddy business, it’s a scam.
