STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE THIEVES
My advice : STAY AWAY from this agency, they are crooks, your deposit will not be protected under the UK Law and you will never get your money back. I personally had to live with multiple water leaks in my room (ceiling, wall and floor), causing humidity and damages to the walls. They took £120 out of my deposit without sending me any detailed invoice. I suppose I paid the contractor who painted the walls but I'm not responsible for the damages and therefore not liable to pay for anything. Luckily, I have lots of pictures and emails showing that I'm telling the truth and I'm now trying to take action against them.
