Good depending on what you buy
I've only had one negative experience with the company. That was when I purchased a phone and had to send 3 emails to finally get a response. The whole thing was so tiresome I gave up asking for a replacement. Warranty is good but like I said, a little too troublesome for me. Otherwise their customer service and products were good. I've bought tablets, mp3 players, and flashlights from here. Remember where you are buying from too. The quality varies, so if the jewelry looks cheap and flimsy, it might be. Company is located outside the USA, but they let you know in the FAQ what you can expect of the shipping time. I am guessing the other user did not pay attention to this. EBay items can have you waiting just as long. That is just how overseas shipping works. I definitely recommend them. They have good prices and policies and affordable products.
