no customer service, no reply, money gone
ordered some shoes there, tried to cancel the order. money was taken, never received the shoes (> 1 months). Very poor service. Update: The order ID is 127494. As said before – I tried to cancel the order ca. 1 day after submitting it and have never again heard from you. Please have a look into the case. If possible, I would still like to cancel the order. Thanks! UPDATE: Despite the copy-and-paste answer below, STILL no answer after a week. Stay away from these scammers!
