Having ordered a light fitting from Litfad then read the reviews I was panicking! However I emailed the company to express my concerns who, obviously, replied reassuring me all would be well. In fact, to my surprise, it did arrive after a couple of months. The packaging was in a sorry state. However, everything was there (although with no instructions). The advert stated it was £200 plus pounds reduced to £70 plus pounds. The quality does not reflect either price! Bits of cheap metal and balsa wood. Fortunately, my electrician figured it out and once up, it looks acceptable. Never again!
