2 issues handled well and fast, very satisfied!
I ordered 2 games with this shop, and the delivery was excellent. First issue I had is that the UPlay game could not get activated through Origin. Before it was possible, even necessary. But I wasn't aware this had changed. It took some up-and-downing, but the issue was resolved well by me sharing the screen on Skype etc. After some time that same game got deactivated, and the key got banned. No clue why. Had some struggles with UPlay support, they referred me to the supplier, i.e. this store. There the issue was resolved quickly. Though a bit disappointed initially that I could not just get a new key as it wasn't in store anymore, the refund happened very quickly and was well-communicated. This is a trustworthy shop to buy at, I will buy there more!
