Thanks, parcel well packed, tracking from china to uk was good, problem is from uk, I did not have any options of diverting or rescheduling. I was at work nobody home, the parcel was thrown over side garden gate the parcel landed into our downpipe pit. Not nice at all. I have not opened as it is drying off. I cannot fault sunsky.
