WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!
I've tried MANY times to contact dress we.com both by phone and email. I talked to two people who told me they would read my emails and get back to me right before they hung up on me and nothing happened. Not even an acknowledgement that they received the email. I was friendly in my attempt to make my problem clear all they would say was they would check the email My daughter's dress was made too small, we gave dimensions and it came to us 1-4 inches too small in the waist area first of all because the entire waist section was put in upside-down and second because they brought it in too much. I sent pictures of the problem and no one did anything. We needed this dress right away for her Prom, so after two weeks of no help, I had to have it altered and had to pay $40 to have it done on top of the $120 I paid to Dresswe.com I highly recommend NOT buying anything from Dresswe.com! They won't help you if you have a problem.
