There was a glitch in the purchasing process, but a representative promptly responded to my email and helped iron it out. --- Adding a month later that I really like the 17" touchscreen they make. It seems to be very stable and responsive, used as a confidence monitor ringed by virtual control buttons that are generated by a Crestron control system, in a college lecture hall.
