Useless customer service! Not fit for purpose
I purchased a BL8000 for my partner for Christmas at the end of November. Arrived within a week, NOT WHAT IS SHOWN in video reviews though so BUYER BEWARE! the company have been the opposite of helpful in this mater despite a few attempts. This Particular Blackview BL8000 does not fit with the company's gaming dedicated rugged smartphone its famous for. It seems to struggle with 8/10 of games which is horrendous considering thats literally what is was designed for. the graphics are great if you can find any games that are "compatible" with it. BUYER BEWARE.
