My mother passed away in 2021 and I told chewy and I sent the forms and they said no problem. We will close her account and I closed things on my end. Well now they are sending her ad cards again in 2026 and I contact them to ask them to remove her from the mailing list and I’m told that I have to send a copy of her death certificate to them. I said I’m not doing this again.
