The "Guarantee" is non-existent
I have used this service a few times. The prices are average but the service has always been sub par; waiting times always longer than expected, communication blunt to the point of rudeness. So I was waiting around in game for a delivery, as usual waiting longer than I was supposed to. I'm looking at their website that says "Delivery Within 30 Mins Guaranteed"- so I thought I'd call them on it! Below is a transcription of the dialogue between the support operator and myself: Diamond Welcome to Egpal, What can I help you ?
