DJI Australia Service Plan
This refers to DJI Australia. I lost my drone in the river and used my DJI Care Refresh plan to replace it. DJI were very fast to send the replacement once I had paid the fee. They also called a couple of times to make sure all was going OK. Compared to most other organisations I have had encounters with DJI service is way better.
