Poor customer service - Dangerously Defective Scooter
My son bought a scooter from Kukirin directly one month ago. The steering is no longer working (wheel gets stuck when trying to steer which could be deadly). We sent an email and they responded right away but then once we sent the video they asked for showing the issue, they dropped contact. We haven’t heard anything from them on how to fix it or how they will take care of it. My son spent all of his savings for the scooter and it’s too dangerous to drive. (UPDATE - we were sent a piece to repair the scooter - but no tools to use to do so and no instructions on how to do it. considering this is the STEERING which could cause a crash at high speeds and seriously injure my son, I am not pleased. Clearlyly this is a common problem if they were able to send a "repair kit" but 1) I should not have to try to figure out how to fix this myself and 2) even if i was handy, instructions and tools are necessary - this is not just a screwdriver type repair).
