Excellent Customer Service - They Stand by Their Products
I bought a Fieety vacuum cleaner 18 months ago from Amazon and was provided with a spare battery. Unlike others have said, the batteries have kept their power and they have performed faultlessly and so did the vacuum cleaner until the plastic corrugated neck in the brush head split. I contacted Fieety UK Support and asked if I could buy a new brush head as it was well outside the one year warranty. However, they very kindly shipped a new brush head, free of charge, all the way from China and it was delivered to me after only one week! The vacuum cleaner now works perfectly again and should do for a long while to come. My emails were always answered within 24 hours. Well done Fieety. Excellent customer service and communication - 10/10.
