SIMPLY AWESOME ERIC!!!
Eric , your consultant who took my request, answered all my questions, and he understood my reservations, as another Travel portal Amoma, bungled my boss's reservation, so he took that into consideration and offered to call the hotel and confirm everything was in order, as I told him I planned to email the hotel to get a double confirmation. Great consultant you have there! Keep him forever, raise the bar for him in experience! Was talking to me like a friend and made me feel confident to book with Asiaroom rather then doing it online, speaking to him and booking helped make it a great experience! Will definitely be using Asiaroom in future! Please thank Eric personally! :) Simple Awesome Service Eric!
