Absolutely horrific. I am still awaiting an order made on January 11th 2023. At first there was a delay and the shipment was supposed to arrive on February 23rd. Now the new estimate says April 11th. Chat is limited to certain hours, but you don’t learn that till you actually start chatting. Email option doesn’t give you confirmation your inquiry went through. The only thing that happens quickly is charging your credit card. And nothing happens. STAY AWAY, these shady business is most likely engaging in some criminal activities.
