No refund yet after overbooking. Better use other organisation
Just before the date of departure hotel was overbooked. This despite booking 5 months earlier. Suggested alternatief not acceptable.. Money not back yet after sending Iban and bic. Again responded to e-mail. Hope I will reveive my money soon! L3NF055472
