Superb customer service
Purchased an eSim assuming this wouldn't activate until I reached my destination country. Contacted support. Initially the automated service did not understand my request at all and gave numerous wrong advice. I asked to speak to an agent and within 4 minutes Maria had responded, gave me a code to get another service for free to cover my trip along with screenshots to ensure the same issue didn't happen again. Incredible customer service.
