Purchased as fathers day gift for fiance as first father's day. Ordered 14/05/20 arrived 30/05/50 total paid Inc delivery £36.62 - Opened the item to find it broken see pic, emailed customer service who have advised they will only offer 40% refund due to being personalised and I can keep item and try fix it! Shocking response the bracelet is not fit for purpose and I cannot give a gift that's going to fall apart. Would not recommend
