The technical support experience was a disaster
Wonderful machine when it works. Unfortunately, mine stopped working after just two weeks with a wheel motor error. I’ve now been without a mower for four weeks. The technical support experience was a disaster — mostly repetitive AI-generated responses with no real help. The concept and the machine itself are impressive, but without a proper service network and fast hardware support, customers are left stranded when something goes wrong. In the end, I returned it and bought a Husqvarna Automower 410XE NERA instead. It’s much slower and not as cool, but the service network is excellent and the warranty is better. Honestly, I really miss my Mammotion LUBA 3 AWD 5000 when it was working. But based on my experience, I can’t recommend this company.
