I order “ supposedly” 5 pair of winter…
I order “ supposedly” 5 pair of winter socks from them. They’re “ supposed” to be a made in America company, as I was checking out for the low price of $8.99, there was an option for a warranty with no way to click no. I click to pay for the socks and was charged for 3 different items, the socks, something else for $8.99 and the warranty for $9.95. I immediately called my credit card company at 1:00a.m reported it, they immediately cancelled my credit card, said one of the charges was immediately denied for suspicion as fraud. I then sent an email to the email address and told them I didn’t order the warranty and to cancel it and give me back my money, the next day they sent me an email saying they would cancel and issue a refund which they did. I then called the number listed and eventually talked with someone explaining I didn’t get an invoice or order number for the socks, they claimed they would send it in a day or two. I’ve never heard of not getting an invoice or order number when you order something right then. I filed a report with BBB, called my credit card company again because the $8.99 charge for the socks was still there, they are investigating, then after 3 days I received an email saying my socks were being shipped. We’ll see if that happens.
