unfortunately very bad experience
i would like to mention first the only positive i have to say! The correspondence from Miss Lynn for whatever i wanted, whenever i wanted was absolutely perfect! she was always there to help me at everything i needed to ask! Negatives! the tax office in the greek airport hold my package and requires extra money to give it to me! First, i had to wait them to estimate the taxes for many days (that means a very big delay and that the receive time of 6 days that you had told me is not truth). Secondly, except the delay finally the taxes were estimated at about 80+ euros for my order of 88 euros! so for stuff(cases etc) of about 50 euros, i have to totally pay with the shipping cost and the taxes, 170 euros! so yours products are not so cheap... maybe the responsibility is not exactly up to tvc-mall but i think that tvc-mall could have calculate-inform me and protect me about the taxes. i think that i will never try again a new buy!
