i have always had very good service and quality products from Adsit but had this one incident of packaging my order; it was a foam hood pad that should have been rolled on a core, boxed and shipped, lI pay for shipping but it wasn't it was folded into a quite small box which caused creasing. I flattened it for 9 days with weight on it to regain most of the flatness and installed the pad. I also found the same Hood Pad on two other web sites for considerably less cost, actually 2/3 less! I contacted Adsit about the packaging which they said they would address.
