Initially unhappy but eventual response was good
Ordered a Christmas Jumper in November, unfortunately I did not receive it in time for Christmas (and still havent). On initial complaint/feedback, I was unhappy with this company's response, however, on further perseverance, the company has responded accordingly and refunded me as requested. On a positive note the customer service team have always been quick to respond and always courteous. Disappointed not to get the item, but happy with the company's eventual response and hence jumping them up 2 stars
