Items never shipped but card charged
Ordered items on black Friday and never received. My card was charged $114 but items not shipped. After 30 days they sent a DHL tracking number. It was a fake tracking number and DHL said they are still waiting to receive package..... contacted customer service and they said my has been lost and would resent items and they would send new tracking number when shipped. Never got a new tracking number or items.... this company is a scam! Stay away!!!!!
