I travelled from Melbourne to London, one stop in Shanghai. The airplane, the crew and food were fine but the wifi on flight was terrible! I paid 50 Aud and couldn't use it at all! first it didn't connect to wifi the after multiple attempts my phone got connected but the wifi was so slow that even one page didn't load! I bought the most expensive wifi package but couldn't use it at all!! not sure if I can refund my money or not.
