they damaged my product in the warehouse when packing and did nothing about it
My $1500 range hood was damaged during packing or before packing. When I notified the company about this, they did nothing. UPDATE: See applianceconnection's reply to this original review for me to contact "nino" to get this resolved maybe. Well I sent nino.g a very nice email on Feb 3 and never heard back from nino or anyone else. Are we surprised? 2/24/2024 UPDATE: Still awaiting on a reply from "nino".
