"Clinical Support Team" scam
I've been having problems with my Byte plan for months now and they just keep giving me the run around to avoid accountability. This company is a scam, do not buy!!!! They will tell you they acknowledge the problem then follow this procedure: Ask for pictures Tell you to wait 14 days to see if the problem goes away Ask for pictures Tell you to wait 14 days to see if the problem goes away Ask for pictures Tell you to wait 14 days to see if the problem goes away This could go on for years (likely until they go bankrupt because they are already facing a lawsuit and have had their Better Business Bureau certification revoked) They will do anything to avoid accountability.
