I purchased a LEFEET P1 Lite, and from the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its quality, attention to detail, and design. I won't say much more about the scooter itself because its quality is obvious the moment you hold it, and its performance in the water impresses everyone who tries it. What impressed me the most, however, was LEFEET's customer support. I unfortunately experienced a couple of issues with my P1 Lite, but every time I contacted them, they were quick, kind, and professional. After carefully reviewing the issue with their engineering team, they honestly acknowledged the defect and, without any hesitation, arranged a free replacement of the entire scooter. That was truly amazing. Customer service like this is very rare and gives you real peace of mind because you know there is a serious company standing behind its products and taking responsibility when something goes wrong.
