Misleading return policy bad quality
The shirts look appealing on social media, but the shirt I received did not match the quality suggested by their advertising. The material and overall quality were disappointing. Unfortunately, the shirt was just as misleading as their advertised return policy. When I requested a simple exchange from a size L to an XL, Darkpick did not provide a return label or clear exchange instructions. Instead, they told me to check how much it would cost to ship the shirt to Guangzhou, China. They then offered me 20% off another order as though they were doing me a special favor. Shortly afterward, I received an automated marketing email offering that exact same 20% discount with the public code DPK20. Their supposed solution was simply a regular promotion designed to get me to spend more money. They tried to hustle me into making another purchase instead of honoring a basic exchange. Darkpick’s emails advertise “Worry-Free Returns” and specifically state that customers receive free returns and exchanges for 30 days. My experience was nothing close to worry-free. Their response did not match what they advertised, and the discount they offered was not a resolution. The shirts may look good in social media advertisements, but the quality, return policy, and customer service were all disappointing and misleading. Read the customer reviews before ordering from Darkpick.
