Inconsisten pricing an long repairs
I have positive and negative experience with Banggood.
Positive:
- The delivery time is great from CZ warehouse.
- When I'm lucky the item is of a good quality
Negative:
- Price inconsistency. I get one price in the email, but it's a different price in the app.
- Coupons. Sometimes the total is more when I apply coupons. Then I just cancel the order.
- When my item was missing parts, they were sending wrong replacements 3 times for 3 months.
- EU has 2 years warranty for expensive items. They have around 2 months or so. I'm not buying expensive electronics from Banggood.

prices in the emails don't match real price
The prices in the emails don't match the actual prices in the app.
I often get excited when I see the email, but then get disappointed when I log in to the app. This is very annoying.
Another thing is that email says I'm entitled to the voucher, I log in to the app, and it says - you cannot use it.
Another issue is that my language is always incorrect when I shop in browser. I need to switch it EVERY TIME.
Please remember the settings once and keep them.
This all just breaks trust with the shop.
I originally thought it is on another level from other Chinese online shops, that lie and manipulate.
Unfortunately it isn't
