Customer Service could be improved. But Helpful overall and good quality product for the price range.
Great tripod quality and price. Customer Service was a bit poor initially, but they resolved the issue later on after posting my review. I bought a tripod and I discovered after the checkout that they had discount codes (which I did not apply). Since there is no way to cancel your order, I contacted customer service literally 10 seconds after placing the order, with no help. They finally offered to refund the missed discount, I appreciate that. I hope this will help the company to allow their future clients to cancel their order if that hasn't been shipped yet.
