Good customer service
The article arrived in good time. It seemed well made but the sleeves were too short for me. I returned and received a refund as soon as the item arrived back at base.

Prompt delivery, easy return
I ordered a jacket. It arrived in a week it didn't suit so I returned it. Customer services responded promptly to request to return, offered a generous discount for me to retain the item rather than return it. I chose to return it anyway. I received a refund within 10 days. Straightforward honest transaction.
