Still waiting for a reply 4 months later
I contacted Acmer Laser back on November 24th with a question about purchasing a machine. I received an initial reply stating that my question had been forwarded to their "technical experts" and that I should wait patiently for an email. It is now 4 months later, and absolutely no one has contacted me. If it is this difficult to get a response when you are trying to buy a laser, I can only imagine how terrible their after-sales support must be once they actually have your money. Terrible customer service and zero follow-through.
