I ordered the shoes from Carllo, checking that the company Carllo was in the UK. I was not thorough enough! I realised that when checking the postage and Chinese appeared on the screen. Eventually they arrived but were not of an acceptable size/quality so asked for a return address and refund. Then was informed that return would be at my cost and costly and given an offer of a further pair for a reduced price! Nowhere in their returns policy is it stated that the return will be to somewhere outside the UK. DO NOT use this company and read all the other reviews the shoes I received were not leather as implied in the original advert.
