It has taken over 3 weeks
It has taken over 3 weeks, plus 13 emails and video uploads sent to get a refund from Banggood. I ordered a POC phone/radio from them, and after 2 weeks, it bricked on me, e.g., stopped working, first they offered to send me a data cable and some instructions to try and fix it myself. I said no, I would not feel competent to do that. After loads of correspondence, they finally agreed to refund me, begrudgingly. After this bad experience with them, I will never buy from them again.
