HORRIBLE First Time (and last) experience
I ordered products from AskDerm- Two of the products (one for a family member) were for FACIAL exfoliating (same product) When they arrived the packaging stated that they are BODY exfoliators. I called Customer Service and spoke to Karen. She was very nice and got the product and apologized profusedly for the wrong description online. She then proceeded to tell me that she would refund the products and send me a shipping slip for UPS. I asked her if she could send a US mail slip so I dont have to drive to UPS to return THEIR mistake. She said she will have her supervisor call me. That was days ago and I have not received a mailing label or a phone call. Great company...I am going to stop payment for all of the items I received.
