AVOID!!
***UPDATE!!!*** This company have just tried to BRIBE me by offering me £40 to REMOVE my feedback below!?! The morals of this business are completely unethical! "AVOID!!! 3 of the 4 collapsible backdrops I bought were badly damaged. Packaging all burst and metal edges had ripped through cloth. I took evidence photos still in packaging and emailed them to buy-backdrop asking them to replace or give substantial refund. They did NEITHER. (Even although their lying website states they offer full refund for damaged goods). I spent over £240 on them and they offered me £8 compensation. (Yes EIGHT pounds!!!!!) After multiple emails they upped that to offer of £30 which I declined. So they then offered 10% off next order - as if I would order again?! Never dealt with such awful customer service. Do not trust!!"
