Boutique selections with fantastic customer service
I recently came across Grayson Living while doing research online, as we do not live in California, rather out-of-state. Prior to purchasing, I had a question about the item I was interested in. Kevin emailed and texted me and I was impressed with the customer service provided. Also, the selection of items on their website is beyond impressive and I like that the items are not massed produced...it makes you feel as though your home will have its own individuality. I placed the order and they provide have already provided an update on when to anticipate it's arrival, since it is being sent from the manufacturer, versus directly from Grayson Living. I will most definitely purchase again based upon this experience.
