Shipping fees and returns are so costly, beware
No problems with quality of goods, or delivery/response time but be aware of how much money you lose if you return stuff. I lost £13 when I returned a pair of shoes, and more upsetting was losing £33 when I returned a dress - despite the fact I kept the other item on the order, I lost the full shipping fee (£24) plus extra for return postage, VAT etc. The company have replied promptly, and offered me a free shipping voucher for the £24 off another order but I will not buy from them again after this, which is a shame as their items are lovely, and customer service response is very good.
