Awesome, efficient and reliable
The customer service is good. They are usually quick to respond to me (within 24 hours) and this has been the case for the past 4 orders I have done. The quality is good enough for the price and I enjoy their free shipping promos. I almost missed the last free shipping promo because my browser had a problem but the helpful customer care person managed to place a 'free shipping' order for me even after the deadline had passed!
