However several weeks later the tracking showed item was being returned to sender. I messaged them telling them it was on its way back to them and showed the proof of return supplied by Royal Mail, I got an urgent message which said I had to go to sorting office to get the parcel or it was being sent for destruction Unfortunately after visiting sorting officeI was unable to retrieve parcel After several hours of chasing parcel and phoning supplied numbers I message loo he again. No reply. Please please do not use this company, there are no guarantees
