Customer service unreachable
Placed an order and it took very long to eventually receive it. I placed an order for xbox gamepass ultimate. Unfortunately I didn't receive anything. It stated I should check my inbox. I did that, nothing also not in my spambox. When trying to call the numbers on the website an automated voice states that the agents are not available and it hangs up the phone. No feedback possible, no invoice or email stating the order has been received. Only something on the website stating the order has been received and I should check my inbox.
