Not very good service
Hi all i have ordered a tablet from this site about 2 weeks ago. As usual they sent the tracking number by email and the site to check it. But when i came to do so, i was told that the tracking number was detected to come from Singapore but it could not be found. This is very disappointing. Just to say that i had given some preference to this site from others because they were providing tracking number for the same price. I had already ordered many items from other sites and the customer service was blameless. I had once ordered a tablet and it came to Mauritius in three weeks. But here, two weeks had passed and i don't even know if my parcel exists! If you ask me, I would discourage you continuing to buy from this site. If they don't give me a good reason for what has happened, i shall never buy from there again!!
