Spent a fortune, they don't even care
I have spent a small fortune at the local Harbor Freight store and joined Inside Track to be made aware of deals and discounts. I received notice of a deal today, so I went to the store to purchase an item only to be told that I don't have a membership and further that they don't even show most of the purchases that I have made in the last 12 months, including ALL of the major ones. So much for customer loyalty. When the business doesn't care any more about their customers than this, why would anyone be loyal?
