Absolute Rip off thieves
I ordered on the 3rd week of December a THL 5000 mobile phone with accessories and what i received 2 weeks later was nothing close to a mobile phone. My nightmare started with the postman leaving a non- delivery card. So the next day i showed up with my ID at my local post office sorting office to pick up the package. Bear in mind that you cannot check the package and the contents before you sign. So i signed for the package which was properly sealed and intact took it home and low and bestow to my horror what i found in the package made me so angry and desperate, the con artists Tinydeal.com had the audacity to post me a box half filled with rice and paper cutouts Lucky for me i ONLY use paypal when i buy from overseas websites. So i complained to paypal and opened a case against tinydeal.com . I agreed to sent photos i've taken of the package to tinydeal so they could investigate and believe me it was just a wind-up from their part blaming me for signing the package and not checking so they closed their premature investigation and wouldn't budge having an arrogant and demeaning tone towards me through the e-mails to my personal account instead of properly responding through paypal. Funny to say that their arrogance stopped once in paypal resolution. I had to escalate my case for paypal to intervene as tinydeal was not backing down and we were going in circles. Today justice has been done finally paypal decided fairly and i got my refund. My advice to everyone is if you use overseas and especially china or Hong Kong based sites to always use paypal, so you never fall prey of the likes of tinydeal, also if your goods don't get delivered in more than 3 weeks dish the vendor and open a case with paypal as companies like Tinydeal don't really care about us customers their customer service is a sham. They like to pocket our money but fail to deliver
