Avoid as they don’t respond to messages however they’re sent.
I emailed the company several times because I need to exchange. I know I sent 5 messages and no one has responded- the first message sent at the end of July 2026. No one has contacted me despite the website saying 90 days guarantee or a refund. I will never order from this company neither will I recommend anyone. I’ve seen facebook pages going up stating how they haven’t received their items or ionix haven’t responded to emails about their purchases. Wish I had seen those websites before ordering as it would’ve saved me a small fortune. IONIX Labs has provided me the worst customer service experience ever. 90 day guarantee - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
