No customer service at all - DONT BUY!!
No customer service at all! I bought 5 pcs. GMKtec NucBox K7 Plus - received 4 - 1 at the time over a few months! The 5th. has not shown up and I get no reply from them, even though I have sent several emails during the last months. DO NOT buy from GMKtec - get MinisForum computers instead - they have service and a great product. I will look into reporting them for fraud in the EU.
